Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to enjoy our puppies. If you would like to return your puppy for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a puppy defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty below and follow its procedures.
Refund policy:
If you feel for any reason that the puppy is not exactly what you ordered or in case your vet provides results to show that puppy is not in good health from head to toe then cancel within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the puppy plus transportation. However, we cannot issue any refunds if you want to cancel anytime after this.
Puppy purchased from Diamond paw cane corso may only be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the puppy was purchased and must meet the following criteria:
1. Puppy must be in good health condition as shipped.
2. Wrong puppy shipped or it does not match what was shown on the Diamond paw cane corso website.
3. All Puppy returns require a Return Puppy Authorization (RPA) . You will need to provide the following:

Return and refund policy:
Once the criteria is met and the information has been provided, we will provide you with an RPA# (Return Puppy Authorization) and shipping instructions. Once your puppy is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval , then we will refund you the original method of payment and you will receive the refund within 2-5 business days.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the puppy while it is in transit to us, it must be shipped according to all applicable regulations.
Refunding an online payment:
The amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate. When we refund you, the amount you get back reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund. Exchange rates change every day so the amount you get back won’t match what you paid.
We collect and refund online payments in US dollars. When we issue a refund to your original method of payment using another currency, your bank will convert it from US dollars to Canadian dollars for you. We are not involved in this exchange process. Please inspect your Puppy upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any problems, health or if you receive the wrong Puppy so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
